triple cake
Making this patriotic trifle dessert is part of my tradition because it is delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of cold water
- 12 oz of frozen whipped topping
- 6 tbsp condensed milk
- 16 oz of vanilla cake
- 2 pints of blueberries
- 2 pints of strawberries

Instructions:
1. Whisk the condensed milk and water in a bowl. Then add the pudding mix, and the frozen whipped topping and whisk them together.
2- Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set
3- Cut the cake into small pieces and arrange half of the cake in the bottom of a trifle dish.
4- Sprinkle evenly with a layer of strawberries and blueberries. After that, spread half of the cream mixture over the berries gently. ( I pipped it, using a plastic bag, and cut the corner off.
5- Top with a layer of strawberries. Layer the remaining cake cubes on top of the strawberries. Then, add more berries and then top with the remaining cream mixtures.
6- Finish with the remaining strawberries and blueberries, arranging them in a pretty pattern
7- Cover and refrigerate for at least one 1 hour.
